Extended Handle

When big blinds get in the way, the Extension gives door handles the edge. The Extension is designed to lengthen lever handles so that they can freely turn past surface-mounted, wooden blinds measuring up to 3 inches.*

The Extension is milled from solid brass and comes in varied lengths, depending on how much clearance your handle needs. Choose from distinct finishes to match your door's hardware. Each extension is delivered to you in an installation kit containing the necessary parts along with fully illustrated, step-by-step instructions to ensure hassle-free installation.

The Spacer

The Spacer provides an extension option for blinds measuring up to 1¾ inches. The Spacer is currently available for Kwikset®, and Schlage®, and Hoppe® hardware.

For Kwikset® harware, we offer a ½-inch wooden ring. The ½-inch wooden spacer (pictured right) comes unfinished so that you can paint or stain it to match your door.

For Schlage® hardware, we offer a ¼-inch wooden ring. The ¼-inch wooden spacer comes unfinished so that you can paint or stain it to match your door.

For Hoppe® hardware, we offer a ¼-inch solid brass ring (one per door handle) available in the following finishes: antique brass, brushed nickel, oil bronze, shiny brass, shiny chrome, and unfinished brass.
